Bison and Greens Skillet

Ingredients
2 Cups Chopped Broccoli
2 Cups Chopped Asparagus
2 Cups Torn Lacinato Kale
1 Lb Ground Bison (Can sub ground beef or turkey if your prefer)
1 Onion, Diced
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Oregano
2 TBSP Ghee
3-4 TBSP of Homemade Buffalo Sauce: Recipe

Instructions
Melt ghee in skillet over medium heat
Add onion and garlic and let cook for a few minutes, until onion is translucent
Add ground bison (or other ground meat), broccoli, asparagus and parsley and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until meat is cooked all the way through.
Add Kale and cook for another 2 minutes
Remove from heat and serve. Drizzle with homemade buffalo sauce if desired.
