Guilt Free Homemade Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 1-2 packages organic chicken wings (depending on how many people you are feeding)
  • double batch of homemade buffalo sauce, recipe here
Instructions
  1. Make Homemade Buffalo Sauce
  2. Put a small amount of buffalo sauce in a bowl to coat buffalo wings and reserve the rest for dipping
  3. Line 2 baking sheets with foil, place baking rack on top
  4. Coat chicken wings with buffalo sauce and place on cooking rack (if more sauce is needed to coat chicken wings slowly ad more to the bowl as needed)
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes
  6. Serve with reserved buffalo sauce on the side for dipping
